We are proud to be one of the oldest family law firms in continual existence in Kentucky. My great-great-grandfather started this firm in 1870. Our focus has always been to provide a full service law firm with an emphasis on helping our communities and our people.
We have a general law practice and are capable of handling large and small litigation. We are staffed to handle any civil, criminal, or family law matter. The only areas that we refer clients to other firms are tax, securities and exchange, and patent and copyright. Those are very special areas of the law that require expertise that we do not have.

Our office is located in downtown London, Kentucky in the Poynter Building. The Poynter Building was built in 1910 and is listed in the Historical Register at the United States Department of Interior. This wonderful old building was originally the home of a drug store, the Western Union, a barber shop, the telephone company, and several doctors' offices. We have converted the building into 4,800 square feet of space that has state of the art law office equipment, including the latest computer technology. All of our legal research is done by computer and our staff are all computer literate. We have a very user friendly facility that affords security and privacy to our clients.

Hailey Scoville Bonham
 

Jacqueline is the Civil Law Paralegal to Hailey Scoville Bonham. She is a life-long resident of Laurel County and has been with our firm for several years having started as an intern during her senior year in high school. She is an excellent paralegal and very knowledgeable of Hailey’s clients and cases. Jacqueline is always in touch with Hailey and is able to assist you when Hailey is unavailable. Jacqueline is married and she and her husband, James, have 3 children.

Angie Tyree (Criminal Law Paralegal)

Angie is the Criminal Law Paralegal for Warren N. Scoville.  She hails from Laurel County and has been a paralegal for six years.  Angie received her training in the paralegal field at Eastern Kentucky University and graduated in 2000.  She is the mother of two beautiful girls.  Angie is well versed in all of Warren's cases and can assist his client at any time.

Glenda Turner has been with this firm since 1992. Glenda does the initial work-up and is responsible for all dissolutions of marriage, child custody, child support and adoptions. She is an expert in Estate and Probate matters and is available to assist the attorneys in all Family Law Matters. Glenda is very understanding of family problems and is very sympathetic to our clients. She is always available to return phone calls concerning domestic matters. She is well respected in the community and is married with one child.
