Christopher Lewis' son Honorable William Lewis, maternal great-grandfather of Warren N. Scoville, was admitted to the bar June 24, 1895. Honorable Ray C. Lewis, son of William Lewis, joined his father in the practice of law in 1918 and practiced until his death in 1977. He served as a Circuit Judge for twelve years and was an outstanding trial attorney when not on the bench. Ray C. Lewis was a prominent Republican activist who served as member of the Executive Committee of the State Central Committee of the Republican Party of Kentucky and served as a Delegate to the Republican National Convention.

Honorable William Weaver, grandson of William Lewis, and nephew of Ray C. Lewis, joined the law firm in 1945 and practiced until 1970 when he retired due to ill health.
