Warren N. Scoville

 
Warren N. Scoville, grandson of Ray C. Lewis, and great-grandson of William Lewis, joined the firm in 1977 and is now Senior Attorney. Warren N. Scoville was born in London, Kentucky where he spent his early childhood. He attended prep school at Columbia, Tennessee and graduated with honors. He attended and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor's Degree. He received his legal education from the University of Louisville (J.D. 1976). While at the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law, Mr. Scoville was on the Dean's List and served in the student government.

Mr. Scoville served as an officer and Naval aviator 1962-1967, flying combat support missions in Viet Nam. He flew for Pan American World Airways as a pilot from 1967-1974.

Mr. Scoville has been prominent in the Republican Party of Kentucky, having served on the Executive Committee of the state's Central Committee for more than twenty years. He has been a delegate to three Republican National Conventions, serving on the Platform Committee in 1988. He has served as Chairman of the Republican State Convention and as Finance Chairman of the Republican Party of Kentucky.

Mr. Scoville is regarded as one of the leading trial lawyers in Kentucky and has the highest rating possible (AV) by Martindale-Hubbell. Warren Scoville is licensed to practice in all Federal Courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States and all Courts in Kentucky. He has represented several prominent clients, including Leona Helmsley of New York and former Kansas City Royals baseball player, Lonnie Smith. Mr. Scoville has been awarded several jury award verdicts in civil cases in excess of one million dollars and has been selected as a member MILLION DOLLAR ADVOCATES FORUM of trial lawyers in the United States.

 

Hailey Scoville Bonham

Hailey Scoville Bonham is the fifth consecutive generation of the Lewis Family to practice law. She is the daughter of Warren N. Scoville and the great-great-granddaughter of Congressman William Lewis. The family law firm was founded in 1895 by Congressman Lewis, and has been in continuous existence since that time.

Hailey graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in May of 2001, with honors, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She was licensed as a Registered Nurse in July 2001 and maintains her nursing license in active status.

Hailey graduated from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University, in May 2004. She graduated on the Deans List. While in law school she was a law clerk for Judge R.W. Dyche III of the Kentucky Court of Appeals. She was published by the West Group in Federal Rules Decisions for her article "Pro Se Litigants and Summary Judgments".

Hailey associated with this law firm on October 15, 2004. On that date she was admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and, in Federal Court in the Eastern District of Kentucky

Her practice will be combining her legal training with her medical training to assist injured persons with their legal problems. Those will include automobile accidents, industrial accidents, and medical malpractice litigation.
